Uhm… cis means they are aligning themselves with the sex/gender they were born with. Herero is short for heterosexual, which is the long way of saying “I’m attracted to the opposite gender/sex”. Sorry if I disturbed you.

No, cis just means your gender is the same as you were born; you can be cis and gay, bisexual, etc.

Yeah! Heterosexual means you are attracted to the opposite gender. So cis + het means someone is straight but cis alone doesn’t mean they are straight.
I doubt this'll ever get finished since the artist long since moved on from writing bl and has been writing some cishet/straight romance so yeahhh
