Pretty sure he has a skill debuff that makes external healing not possible during his power's cooldown period. The mana replenishing potion also most likely wouldn't have an effect on him
He got a debuff during the last battle in the great dungeon and can't be healed (nor mana replenished) for at least 80 more years

I don't understand why he didn't drink mana replenishing potion earlier, he would've probably had more mana even after terraforming
