gang I love them so much but I really don't understand why ash would say directly to lyle "we're nothing special" or something????/ I haven't read it in a while I understand that he was telling that to his coworkers for the sake of lyle's reputation or whatever but why did he expect lyle to confess to him after being told "we are nothing"??? He literally got the message from Lyle and expected the confession to be that day and lyle had the painting and everything but then just before it happened he tells lyle "we are nothing"??????/ HOW CAN U EXPECT A CONFESSION AFTER SAYING SOMETHING LIKE THAT DIRECTLY TO HIS FACE????
