100% agreed! Our mc is not a good mother. She just leaves her babies to "enjoy her life" so often. Her few acts of motherhood are only for panel coverage-the feeding, the "my children are so cute"! Parker & Curtis are constantly throwing the kids around & Curtis even tried to kill her baby girl. Idk why she is prioritising his instincts & feelings before the lives of her own children. Sometimes I wonder if a male author is writing this. Would a female author be as callous as Bai Qingqing is? She is the crappie mother in the world
You know one thing I have to ask Is why is she so okay with her other partners/just other dudes in general bullying her children. Especially the cubs I know it’s like played off as comedy but some of the things they do are really dangerous or actually hurt them and Bai Qing just brushes it off or blames the kids. It’s just a little unsettling to me.
