Yeah... Egyptian mythology is weird because people in different regions had different interpretations of the myths and they just run with it. You can say that Ra is inlove with Hathor and that would be canon somewhere—so yeah
Dude, if you thought that Horus crushing on his uncle was weird, I just realised that Hathor is Horus's Great grandparent's sister. Check chapter 1, last page for family tree. It's the god and godess thing in Egypt, human marriage rules dont apply to them.
