Yep, it basically meaning being conservative / not wanting change, preferring things go on as usual and you not acting on anything. So saying you're happy with the current politics.
More or less. Even the most charitable interpretation of it is being someone who doesn't care if things change or don't change. But that also means looking the other way/not caring when you see suffering caused by the system, which means that you inherently give oppressors power even if you didn't actively choose to do so.
