Uh....are we missing a chapter?

Every Chapter feels like a missing chapter. It's always rush and they jump to another plot without finishing the arc properly. That why sometimes it's confusing me.

Oh my god this is so true like the last arc where Ruan Quing was kidnapped could have been handled better i really wanted to see a teary eyed reunion with him crying and scolding the prince and that he was so scared but NOO all we got was him gushing over how hot the prince was
