Yeah lmao the 2nd couple are half brothers (same dad). The story is really good and you can skip over the chapters that concerns them without losing much of the plot.

They die off pretty quickly and reincarnate in modern times where they are not blood related but instead the seme is adopted and in their their third life they're not related at all and are just childhood friends.
