You didn't finish the explanation... his mother the empress covered up the details of how they broke off the engagement bc she wants him to keep favor to become king. It was easy to cover it up bc arke's reputation was so bad no believed her anyways. They knew her face bc newspapers kept writing abt her, Describing her appearance and drawing actual pictures of her. It's so annoying when ppl complain abt shit that gets explained and cleared up in a later episode. :/
yess bro i saw someone complain about how nobody told her about her other family but its said in the book why its not talked about and even the mc isnt mad about it and people also complain about how she doesnt fight her way out of things but its so obvious shed only be placed in a more difficult situation

Im at ep 11. And the townspeople keep saying to the princes that "somehow they know their faces" and yet they know the face of arken bright.
If the know her face, they also know what's hapening about the engagement and they'll know the faces of the princes.
