What does it mean about eve’s guide stats is fallen? Does this mean that Eve needs more guiding?

    Yes Eve would need guiding. As an esper, using their powers come with side affects. Since he's falling closer to red, he's getting closer to corruption. To offset that Adam would have to guide him to prevent destruction or minimize it.
