It really does feel like so much is happening but at the same time, nothing is happening like the others said lol. It’s a litle fast paced, like, there’s a lot of timeskips that could’ve been with a lil elaboration. I always find myself getting confused at parts of the story because Charlize will be in the middle of a mission and then suddenly getting another vision, so it’s ANOTHER thing to solve. It’s like a cycle, I don’t know when things start or end because a lot of things and theories come out at once. It’s made worse when some chapters have absolutely shit translation so that’s that.

Also, it’s a bit silly when Charlize is magically good at something and there’s no elaboration with it at all other than “I got this from my past life.” or “Charlize must’ve been good at this already.” I understand how she’s good with a sword though. Also, how did she discover she had divine magic? It kind of feels random that she “apparently” has it, and the story just kind of skimmed through that part with no explanation(?)

Another thing is that the romance is beginning to feel forced. Don’t @ me but Calix might as well not exist, I’m sorry… Charlize has been carrying EVERYTHING. She had single-handedly protected Sasha more than he did and investigated AND solved problems on her own. He’s like a pocket helper, with the only use of being there to help Charl with her visions and some inside information /j
You can tell the illustrator is trying really hard to make him look appealing with those flowery panels and pink dialogues even when he’s saying the bare minimum hahaha. It’s kind of sad since I was prompted to read this because I was curious of what type of development the main couple will have.

But I suppose he’s been more useful in the recent chapters. I hope their relationship will develop more naturally in the future. Calix seriously had more chemistry with OG Charl than the current one.
