Yes!!! I found it annoying, that is pressure and unnecessary, I would love for him not to have a romantic interest and if he did someone more, promising, she had that at the beginning, but now she is just another FL who blushs and needs to be saved.
I don't belive, that the ML who two strong women raised, would go for someone like her. But Idk these stories are always great to read because of the plot, the action, the friendship, but, the problem always is the need for romance.

1 I don't like the girl, PLEASE DONT BE ROMANTIC INTEREST, she stopped people instead of running and helping herself, she wanted to prove herself, and she isn't, stop, the person they are after is Eric, and BAM her father is the saviour. No, I had hope for her, but dude, no.
2 I believe Eric will not arrive in time, because in the past they showed you, his grandfather. I can't remember if it was a grandfather or great-great-grandfather, but, well, that person, said sorry for arriving late...my theory is that Eric is kind of intervening in the past, don't know. Its juts a crazy theory.
