im not so sure if this is a true spoiler but
apparently when ml does realize that he's in love (imo id say he is rn he just doesnt know it is, not the sex, the bit where he says all i think about is u and yadayada) but he doesnt get better. he still acts like a trashbag but again im not 100% sure since i only saw like one person say this
i also saw this one i think somebody mentioned about the hawaii arc and something worse happening there but its bc ml is already obsessed with the mc there’s no saving him atp
