I been drop pearl boy is still on my read because I am to lazy to it off. Yes I honestly understand emotional abuses is a real serious thing + manipulating because you have hard time leaving & not knowing better but she been with him for 13 year , hadn’t she had enough. The fact he took off a huge loan off of her name also & in chap 5 you can see she clearly went to her “ex husband” work to bring him the umbrella & she saw him with another girl & she choose to ignore it.
