I'm not saying that Itome likes it... Just that Akemi might have asked him that in order to "solve the positions problem" and Itome agreed because he doesn't want to lose Akemi. It's really sad because actually neither of them seem to like the situation their relationship is at the moment. I guess the problem (or one of them) is that Itome wants to top but Akemi does not let him, so they make a deal to sleep with other people so that Itome can top but at the same time, be the bottom we he's with Akemi. T_T
