Just take it one day at a time! You’ll get there if you just set realistic and attainable goals instead of trying to lose weight at lighting speed. A lot of people don’t realize that losing weight calls for a permanent lifestyle change, and they fall right back into previous habits and regain the weight. Set your goal (*first and foremost*); make a plan (eating, exercise, habits, etc.); pace yourself (*absolutely no extreme dieting*); take comfort in small weight loss changes (*a win is a win*); don’t stress over the hiccups or setbacks (*fall down? get back up!*); keep at it (*hang in there*)! Skinny doesn’t mean healthy, so manage your diet and exercise regularly to lose weight in a healthy way. As a fat person, i feel so motivated to get out of this sad phase. Maybe ill do it tomorrow hahha procrastination at its best
