Just came here after discovering the Live Adaptation called My Love Mix-Up! (thai YouTube production from GMMTV, 2024).
VERY good stuff that took this plot as baseline for a nice drama. A bit rushed here and there in terms of emotions not being brought across well, but it's a great drama I'd recommend. Give them some love on YT, it's for free after all and they always do a good job. ^^
