When I find myself thinking such thoughts even though it's tempting I stop reading and remove from my list. I always say life is too depressing to read sad books but I'm always falling for it so sometimes I just read those cringe type stories that don't make sense to get my mind aligned a little.
I totally get that. And now with the zombies, its quite jarring. So glad the soldiers are smart though. I've read zombie mangas where some modern humans try to solve the issue by slashing at the limbs for cheap entertainment purpose. Luckily this one seems to have been more intelligently written.
I like this kind of genre however constant fighting for their lives actually drains me in a sense where I actually asks myself, are they even gonna survive? Who’s gonna survive? What’s gonna happen? Will they be getting help? Will the situation get better? I bet it is the anxiety taking control of me lol
