Tbh I understand why aria is so dismissive of pi. I don't think she views really anyone in this story fully wholly aa people, including pi. Pi is someone that knows everything alongside her but is also someone that she can't live life with or talk about. Pi and the phantom library are one and the same in many aspects to her probably.
I'm sure it's a weird uncanny valley of connection she has with pi.

Like still not great. Still sucks for pi.
I feel like what's going to happen is that maybe pi either turns on aria/does something dangerous behind her back to become real. The phantom library disappears (maybe pi dies, maybe he doesn't, maybe he's reincarnated in the world) and aria now has to fr live in the world and like *be a part* of it instead of seeing everyone as separate

    I wonder if she just views Pi as an imaginary friend type of thing. Like she prob got some serious denationalization going on anyway but having someone in a mind palace prob triples that weird feeling
