Him femenizing wasn't really mentioned in the novel. It was even often mentioned how he was taller that most and they always compares cinxi's body built to him like he's not as musclely as cinxi but he was definitely more on the manly side. Like tall guy with beautiful face. I don't really know anymore, femenine uke is just kind of not my thing...

I read the novel as well, so I'm guessing it's just the artist's visualisation of "beautiful face" so it will still go on that road either way since everyone kept mentioning him being 'pretty on the eyes' later on
