What "clear"? She's quite preoccupied over her survival, and what IS clear is her disappointment over Callisto's less than satisfactory favorability, mixed with relief so she won't have doubts and Callisto won't be hurt. I think it's pretty clear to me that what they feel for each other is mutual, but both have been holding back due to circumstances. She'll one day lose the ability to see favoribility so I guess you'll see how sincere it is without that function.
Still sad over Callisto not having 100% yet, even though he is already deeply in love with her. The remaining 11% that's been holding him back is just because of his perspective and upbringing that cannot make him commit and be honest, even though his feelings for her is already at 100%.
