Can we get dark/tan female lead like hello...it's getting repeated and boaring!!

It's not a manga, but the anime Michiko to Hatchin has one. Also Shoujo Kakumei Utena has a main female character who is has dark/tan skin.

Also Carole & Tuesday! I haven't read it or seen the anime yet, but Carole has tan skin.
