Hahahah I was considering just making him say he even cries like a baby but the raws really use the jp word for tear glands (涙腺) so I felt like it wasn't right to change it cuz if he wanted to he would have just used the verb for crying which is simpler!! Ur fault midori (▰˘◡˘▰)
I just took it as how a baby's eye welled up with tears but not falling down. It's insanely cute. And Midori saying that to Ao really means he found him really adorably endearing (=・ω・=)
