Maybe a bad translation, but I didn't know what else to put. よし is kind of like a comforting word in this case it's more to pump himself up. Alright as in "Alright, let's do this". There's no direct translation. よし is also used early but in a different case, more as a sound effect, which I translated to there as in "there we go".
