I am honestly not sure. Enigma I googled the what it means in omegaverse terms and it says it's an alpha of an alpha. But nothing like that was really mentioned in the chapter. (I used Google translate so it can't really be trusted)

I think enigma are those alpha who can get another alpha pregnant, not sure tho

Whole convo of doc explaining how bond forms gave me unique knowledge on biology of omegaverse lol that is more than heat and rut i m so amazed the way author convey how bonds actually form even if it's between alphas so I m sure Hayden doubting Brett is not serious about this relationship they are having so it's stupid for Hayden to even bond with him since it's mutually beneficial relationship for both parties if one party take any crucial step forward it will break a trust between two and make other part feel who step forward in this relationship (Hayden bond situation) that it was beneficial relationship and it creates unrequited love situation and since story is going from Hayden pov so we don't know much how Brett thinks of Hayden mostly.
