Well, Nanao kind of made a reference to omegas not being able to get good jobs. I think the shop saved him from poverty, made him independent and also helped empower him as an omega. It may seem like just a host job to alphas, but if the world is truly cruel to omegas, then that shop will indeed be a godsend.
it's natural that Arisaka wants Nanao to quit his job. But honestly, his job is technically more of a "host club," except Nanao goes further and does stuff that's technically not needed (〜 ̄△ ̄)〜 I'm kinda curious to why the shop means so much to him tho cuz they never talked about in the beginning. Though I kind of doubt they'll actually talk about it in the future.
