AHAHAHA I have long realized that. Actually not just in BL. Quite a lot of fiction these days is more enjoyable if you don't think too much of what's happening. That's my trick how I still enjoy many manhwas (especially the newly released ones)

Alll the characters reasoning for the things they did were not reasoning. First of all, the paternity nonsense wtf was that mental gymnastics by the brother, he basically made his brother a homeless bum..and the ML, he said he had been waiting n looking for him for 2 YEARS..with his eyes and ears closed perhaps. And the kidnapper, imagine having one job to do and failing, thrice. MCs family was so mental vibes and I can't believe that the incestuous pervert turned out to be the better person amongst all of them.
I won't say I absolutely hated reading it but I think it could have been better thought out and that ml should have grovelled more. I liked MCs naivety to a certain extent but the repeated financial irresponsibilities was killing meh
