No, I don't want any explanations I just want them to jump into the story and world build as it goes on. Like instead of dropping all the info at once, I want it to be like when you read a normal book/comic and things progress and information is slowly revealed as you read. I think it's bad world building and bad writing to just give you all the info in the first few chapters, just so that the author can move on and write what they actually want to write (i.e. smut or romantic tension lol)
actually i do have one more recc. try "Ghosts of Paradise" it's really underrated (only a 8.7 star rating) even though it has good plot, art and characters that are written really well. the only draw back is that it contains a lot of TW, it'll give you "WTF" moments, but TRUST the process. i'll just say read at your own risk....it's like a drug which will take you to heaven in exchange for a piece of your sanity.
note that i might be exaggerating and your experience might differ
Historical European style bl that doesn't have a lore dump in the first two chapters?
