Help me pleaseplease

Hello, it's me again. Anyone knows this bl of a boy who is abducted by people who are obsessed with this another boy who has healing powers through singing. This first boy I mentioned also has an ability through his voice, he screamed so loud back then that it popped the enemies' heads bc one kidnapper was about to cut his balls I think that's why he got traumatizrd and screamed so loud that he passed out. He also have body dysphoria/dysmorphia. He thinks he so fat but he's actually skinny and his other choir members think the boy is idk, crazy or joking for thinking he was fat smth like that :((
