In case someone didn't know, the ML will be the boy with the mole under his eye (at least I remember looking up novelupdates and seeing him on the cover after they're grown up). In case anyone else was worried about them calling each other sister/brother, since this is a martial setting, I assume the original terms refer to "senior sister"/"junior brother" that are often used in stories set in the martial sect world. I've seen them used in a platonic/familial sense typically but I don't think there's been opposition if things turn romantic (typically it's romance across different sects, at least what I tend to see).
I'm just assuming and guessing so I could be totally wrong, anyone who knows more feel free to comment. This is just from what I've seen from reading other series with better translations, and knowing how inaccurate/simplified MTL can be. ╮(￣▽￣)╭
