He wakes up in the hospital having no memories due to the injury.
Dooshik just takes care of jooha and they spend time together without jooha remembering.
Jooha chases after the dog that was too close to the lake, and accidentally fell in. Dooshik jumps in to save him.
During the scene it looks like jooha finally remembers hence why they made those faces and said that last part.
