I don't want to play devil's advocate, but the major audience for these games comes from Asia right? Call them racist all you want, their society doesn't appreciate certain skin tones and the company is not going to lose its audience for that.

This would be fine if they’re only targeting people in asia, but it’s available everywhere and they’re taking references and basing some of they're characters and countries/places off of black people and poc. It’s not ok to literally whitewash everyone when they’re based of off black people. They also somehow managed to whitewash Anubis. This is not ok they’re being literally racist. Racism is not ok

Also, because of this, yes they are loosing a lot of their audiences for this. Not everyone is ok with whitewashing and racism

They haven’t addressed this at all. Meanwhile when Chinese complain about the Neuvilette nerf, they reverse it within a day. I think they only listen to their Chinese audience. This reminds me of the sumeru thing but people still kept playing the game and spending money on it >.> I’m all for darker skin tones but I don’t think they’d gaf about a petition from the west when they mainly pander to Chinese beauty standards. Also theres already a lot of poc (more than half the cast is Asian) but I do want what u want too. I stopped playing tho cuz I got bored of the game
