If it's angst related to a relationship, "My beloved opressor" is the queen of relationship-related angst stories. If it's non-relationship related angst (angst not caused by the leads' relationships) I'd recommend "Confined together with the horror game's male lead" (where the "supernatural" horror is revealed to be provoked by psychological angst pretty soon, along with a SUPER ANGSTY origin backstory)
I mean, I cried more with "Confined together with the horror game's male lead" than I got scared, if you get my drift. The angst REALLY pushes the horror down to mere 2nd place, in that one.

Oh my!!! You know it too? I'm also reading that manhwa, and one of my favorite! Just don't like the end game but anyway as long penelope is safe and happy. It made me cry for days because of a scene where her brother confront her because of the past, and when they don't trust her when someone's accusing her ╥﹏╥
I also want to recommend "I'm not that kind of talent" the angst is wild! And the misunderstanding is unbearable ╥﹏╥ there's no romance or stuff which I really like
