I dont hate him cause i know he has a lot of trauma behind that sarcasm and mean guy energy, but it makes me feel bad for Kusuya that not a single soul, not even Kazuya feels bad for him

i agree tbh whenever the rape thing is brought up it's never shown that anyone even feels sympathy or bothered to be there for kusuya, and ik it's a comedic type story but i still feel sad as hell reading parts like that and i just force myself to ignore it and pretend kazuya doesn't make fun of him when it happens otherwise i'll never be able to keep reading lol
Its the type of manga to evoke many emotions and society can be like this, people dont care, they dont empathize and ignore it. It is realistic in some way and thats why it hurts. But they are so broken and so real its also intriguing ;-;

Tbh I'm rather disappointed with this work of Harada. But i guess it's fine for the sake of something refreshing, since they usually do angsty themes! I prefer harada's darkest stories that actually show traumatized characters without turning it into comedy
