hiya, thanks so much for your hard work. There are browser add-on extensions that will let you look at sites blocked in your country. I have google chrome, and the one I use is Hola Better Internet. I got it from the chrome extensions store. It's free. Hope this can work for you. On mine I click settings, click extensions in upper left corner, bottom of page it says "get more extensions." click that and google store will open. I think the other browsers must also have something like this.
