I thought it was too, but no it's not a S&M universe (I don't remember the term for it either). The synopsis kinda confused me but I'm pretty sure it just means that in this world S&M is more mainstream and that people are literally set up in a systematic manner (like how MC and ML met through a match maker).
It was good not until the seme talks to the fucker ex, hell nah - I'm too much sensitive to things like that so nuh uh uh.
Perhaps it was Sub & Dom verse? Like omegaverse whatever, I forgot the exact word to be called for it.
