Chung Myung will face life threatening injury but for a diff reason. He successfully deflect all 10 attacks and when the Tang head admit defeat while throwing the last attack cause he know he lose already, a stray dagger make it's way to Chung Myung and injured him pretty bad.
The stray dagger came from the eldest son/heir of the Tang family, he was afraid his father will lose and intervened , which is a great humiliation, the Tang Head was so furious cause this will damage the image of Tang Family, he ordered for Chung Myung to be healed and nursed in Tang residence with the outmost care.
The eldest son was removed from his position as heir because of this.
