no, they end up in a violent relationship, the mc is never shown to be good nor redeemable, and the protagonist is always scared of him, he hates him, but isnt allowed to leave him. Its not a pleasant read. But at least it doesnt glamorize abuse.

at least it doesnt yeah but if it has an abuse ending where ML gets no karma and/or MC doesnt escape then thats almost as bad as just romantisicing it...

I remember seeing the entire raws and there is no karma. He basically brainwashed the mc by forcing him to have sex and stay locked up all day and night, to the point he became dependent on him. So MC took his side even when the blue haired guy tried to help him. The black haired toxic guy ends up with him happily.

This is trash . That black haired ML raped the MC just cuz he was delusional that MC did sth with his brother. No trust at all. MC was crying, bleeding and eventually fainted.
