Yeah nah fr, the author was clearly indecisive about whether the FL regressed or transmigrated, and its so inconsistent throughout. It's a case of bad storytelling, but if u ignore that its aight. Yeah it does get kinda incesty, but not enuf to put u off. The story overall is kinda unique but they keep introducing new people without any build up, and then have them play an important role.
I've just decided that she transmigrated, lived her life like the original story, died and then regressed. And you're so right. It kind of annoys me, because the story, in my opinion, is so good but they have these moments in it like introducing important characters out of nowhere that make a dent in it.
they totally fumbled this point in the comics, but she IS a regressor. how its explained in the novel is that she dies in her first life as cayena after being an asshole, then is reborn in modern times and reads a book about her first life (not knowing it's her first life bc she lost her memories of it), then is transmigrated back to her 1st life after dying, yet again, and remembers everything that happened. this is all explained in the first page of the novel but I think they forgot to mention that part when she wakes up in her 1st body.
Im at chapter 16 right now, and the story is really interesting. Only things that are really bothering me right now is that the fl talks like she went back in time instead of reincarnating, "I wont let -something- happen again", girl you never even experienced it. Remove the "again" and it'll make more sense. Also I know the ml's condition about not liking touch but I hate the trope where ml doesnt care for fl until she doesnt want him anymore. Lastly is that I'm starting to fear this will turn incesty by the way the fl's brother is acting. If someone could be so kind and tell me if I'm correct about the last one, I would be very thankful.
