you're right. I just re-read this and re-evaluated my opinion on the seme. the company he keeps reflects poorly on him since his friends are pieces of shit. and I hate how he used his previous girlfriends for sex when the one he liked all along was tou. the dismissive way he spoke about them seriously pissed me off.
I think him forgiving his father is just his way to quickly move on and buried that past even though it gave him ptsd
And most victim in the same place as him would have a hard time to inform their mother too esp when she just escape from the worse one as well
