But the uke survived a lot longer until he bumped into the seme though. Every time the seme went to go save the uke from his bedroom, they never made it far. That’s why I said the fact the seme didn’t go running to the uke right away probably helped their chances. The seme is trying way too hard to keep the uke alive all those times that it clouded his judgement.

The thing is, we only see a glimpse of each time ml trying survive. I'm sure he will pick the best way to survive after died so many times. Also the whole point is making sure mc is alive. Thats literally the only thing that will affect ml's progression. And I think each time the world reset, if ml dont meet mc early, he will have no clue where mc went because the mc's actions isnt the same everytime. There are some patterns in certain situations but mc can choose a different path without ml knowing and it would suck for ml
Sorry for being logical and I know this would end the whole story but once he figured out that he relives the moment when the uke dies, why didn’t he just stop following the same routine of running to the uke. He clearly had to relive the moment a bunch of times before he puzzled together to not follow the same routine when he wakes up.
I can’t remember the beginning of the story that well but didn’t the uke actually bump into the seme instead of the seme going to the uke’s dorm so maybe that kinda helped them live a bit longer.
