Wow, much can be said about the "morals" of some of the peoole associated with the "good" side.
Randomly sealing some berserk guy, treating him like a slave, and one-sidedly determining he need to surfer the worst pain and live the lowest life among the lowest people is crazy, especially if you don't go around defeating other villians. How did she even seal him? He can defend himself and never lose while sleep, but can't protect himself while berserk?
Throwing defenseless/untrained people off a cliff to see if they can climb up as a prerequisite for training is also crazy. If 9/10 dont survive that part, maybe you should switch up the requirements? I am pretty sure there are better and more sane/humane ways of testing people. How is that truely relevant for sword training if there are more powerful techniques and more powerful swordsmen that didnt require someone to be thrown off a cliff?
Putting all the babies in your fallen family through training you know they wouldn't survive to defeat an enemy that you and the people before you couldn't defeat is insanity. At that point, your are preventing your family from being reestablished.
Having the audacity to put someone's life at risk just to test a theory and treating the person who saves and guards your life as a slave is lowdown. How can she still pretend to be righteous?
I have read many murim stories over the years. None of this surprising, but there is very little setting there methods apart from the bad guys.
