Hi can someone let me know if this has romance (which is fine) or it becomes harem l?

The MC and Kivier (Goddess of Darkness' avatar) are apparently in love with each other, and that's not until more than a hundred chapters later. But there are no obvious romantic scenes between them, or any characters at all (other than the married ones) iirc. If there is, it's probably used as gag and not to be taken too seriously. And no, no harem.
