Does someone know a bl manga that story went like this: mc found a tin can and by accident he exchange letters with someone through the can (when he put a piece of paper, the paper disappeared and the can gave another piece of paper with different handwriting). Mc just got into college and the anon letter help him thrive. They make a plan to meet someday. One day the sender said he was actually bedridden sick and he might die after a planned surgery. The letter stop coming and MC was devastated, thinking the sender died, but someone rang the bell to his apartment and the sender was there to meet him
