MC agrees to meet up at his next flight destination: Rome.
ML drives all night to get to Rome and they meet up to check in the same hotel, separate rooms.
They agree to talk later as they are both tired. They nap and meet up in the evening, go out exploring and casually reminisce about their past with a bottle of wine.
ML admits to being confused about his relationship with Gisella and feels guilty about making her insecure. MC acts oblivious.
MC gets drunk and they go back to the hotel and ML invites him to his room for one more drink. ML starts guzzling down wine like there’s no tomorrow.
MC asks ML why he wanted to meet up and ML answers that he needed to confirm smtg. ML is deliriously drunk atp and says some out of pocket shit.
MC does not like the convo bc its hard for him not to pounce on ML. He tries to leave but ML stops him and tells him he broke the engagement bc Gisella offered to marry him only if he never contacted MC again.
So he chose MC over Gisella and claims MC is driving him crazy and hes hella confused (but obv horny for him)
MC finally goes back to his own room and has trouble falling asleep.
Few hours later, a knock comes at the door. It is ML. He lunges at MC and they make out. afterwards, they fall asleep in each others arms.
They wake up together the next day and go for a walk at the beach. They chat a bit abt their feelings.
ML tells MC he will move to Korea bc he refuses to be apart from MC. MC confesses he will be traveling solo for a while, since he took a long vacation for the wedding, that has been cancelled.
Shortly after, they have to say goodbye and ML drives back to germany, while MC goes back to work for now, but they are now in a relationship, even tho they have to do their own thing for a bit.
