In the previous chapters they discussed how Anastasia failed and they killed off all the people involved in it's production so that it can't be reproduced. Also that zhenya has it, so simply put... the writing that covered the whole room was actually the blue print? Or instructions of how to make Anastasia. It glows in the dark thus he keeps it lit up despite anything that happens.
