I'm not familiar with Samsung but if you're using MangaRock app like me, then there's an easy way to backup your favourites. I have an account on the app and all I need to do is sync and back up. When I changed phones, I did it and just logging back in and syncing got all my 1000+ bookmarks automatically and reading history for the last 10 days. Unfortunately, my history was way more important than my favourites so I did the long old, opening the manga again till it appeared in history for the past 1 year. I swear it took me weeks...but I have them at one place.

Ahhhhh....Seems like app developers hate the history part for some reason....Well. ..I got my favourites....But lost my 500+ reading history...It's soo cruel...

Did you activated a SD card? If you do you can store your app data in SD. It really helps with storage problems.
