So apparently, Yeonwoo since high school made people misunderstand him often, I think most of them were guys. There was even one guy in college who was too dumbfounded when he saw yeonwoo with a gf (idk if its really a gf tho) that he took a break from college and entered the military. Jigu saw Yeonwoo and his friend who was teasing him about that. They were bickering and joking around on their way back to his apartment, the friend said 'Ah, Yeonwoo. It hurts.' Jigu stood inbetween them and told Yeonwoo to stop doing that.
The thing is, Jigu thinks that Yeonwoo was purposely showing him that he's with someone, like, maybe Yeonwoo was trying to make Jigu jealous. Jigu thinks Yeonwoo likes him afterall. He got mad at Yeonwoo, and Yeonwoo got mad as well bcs Jigu appears to be taking his friend's side.
