He's not technically cheating he's just sleeping with other women while they're engaged but he stops sleeping with other women after he officially becomes her boyfriend through a game of rock paper scissors because she agrees to date him if he wins. (this is after a whole arc long ass arc with tracking devices, fights and yakuza business when they go back to Yoshino's home town)
