While i do think the execution of this flashback was poorly done, come onnnn the lad is innocent, and he'll be dead in a few chapters, poor dude.
But yeah that's the risk when you make flashbacks this long, you risk losing your audience's interest and making them loath the current action as they wish to return to the present :/

Well , I don't just hate brain but also the ml too. Actually I'm not hating them that much but I still dislike them I guess?
My reason for it is because the flashbacks make them seem like scums. brain and our mc is the same person, but they feel like different people to me.
Seeing the ml with Brian feel like he's a cheater or he just see our mc as substitute.
I don't know, it just feels wrong. ╥﹏╥

Nah cuz the flashback going ok for so long is actually making me hate Brian. Like I didn’t hate him at the beginning but now I’m just hating out of spite cuz like wtf is this pacing I hope that Ian never remembers being Brian cuz I hate this bitch bruh
